I got my ball python today at the grapevine repticon, she’s so sweet and curious! her morph is lesser het hypo 💞
I did a ton of research about glider genetics because it really interested me, but here is what my understanding is of the Lue and the Platinum genes.
They are both technically recessive, in that you cannot get either unless both the parents carry those genes either visually or are het for it. The special thing about platinum is that platinum can be het for Lue. This means a platinum glider can produce lue gliders but lue gliders cannot produce platinum. That is why true platinum mosaics are some of the most “valuable” gliders because theoretically, they could produce every color of glider.
Hope that helps clear it up a bit. This is my understanding just as someone whose interested with no breeding experience whatsoever:)

Don't use a store. You can find USDA licensed on Hoobly or Fb.
I know you take excellent care of all of your animals but I can't help but wonder when do you quit acquiring animals I mean what is the number at which you say that is enough? I don't mean to sound judgemental at all because I have watched your channel long enough to know you love all animals and would feel terrible if you weren't giving them an excellent life. Honestly I feel that many of the "pettubers" could benefit from following your example.
I am going to make a video talking about this soon. Thanks for caring. It is important! And I only have as many animals as I know I can properly care for. Since this is my job, it allows me to have more than the normal person. :)

Hi. Can the sugar glider keep in a cage in closed room. For example like when i go to work.I used to closed the windows n slide doors to prevent from rain when im not home. Does it good for to keep them indoor in the apartment?
Just make sure it isnt too stuffy. During the day theyll just be sleeping, so it should be fine. However, the cages will smell more in such an enclosed space.

There are tons of great breeders in Tampa. Just make sure if they advertise lineage that you SEE the lineage before money is exchanged.
