I have a '13 longhorn megacab and it's the best truck I've ever owned. The only things that have really changed on them is the seats, some additional trim stuff and the big screen. Everything else is still very similar. Having 3 kids, 2 in car seats, I understand the need for the steps and keeping it low. I'm telling you right now, use thuren for your leveling kit. They do tuned king or fox shocks and have the smoothest riding coil you can get in these trucks. 35's with the steps is more than doable with the kids, my wife has no problems getting them in and out. But I wouldn't go any bigger. Tinted taillights and black housing/clear lense headlights look great on these too btw.

You should: Put replacement Ranch Hand bumper (color matched brown) Color match grille black Level the front and put 35s on the stock wheels (keep the wheels as is) Would be such a clean and simple build!
Powder coating the stock rims is a good idea! And since you like the brown and black theme maybe blacking out the grill and definitely getting it leveled. Also a ranch hand bumper would look good with that truck
I would keep the stock bumper and get the one that goes over to keep that modified stock look. I think the wheels are a good idea and I would suggest some “engine mods” for longevity sake lol. Anyways cool truck coming from a gm guy😂

Ain't nothin like a Cummins turbo diesel start up, my favorite out of all diesel engines, even the power stroke. Especially a Cummins deleted with a 6" exhaust, and when ya kill it you can here the turbo blowing whilest it's winding down for like 7 to 8 seconds after. Hell yeah!! I love it!!
Looks sweet I think it’d look good with smoked tail light along with the third break light and do a def delete with the filter also and do a 4 inch straight pipe and a 8 inch Tso exhaust tip to match the 2 tone of the truck
3in carli lift on 35s or 37s also keep it not deleted if you have warranty because if you do it will void it also do the brush guard so you can keep the brown

35x12.50s will clear on stocks with a level kit. Also do control arms to re-center axle! And full ranch hand color matched to the brown. If you do decide to take it to Mexico for surgery.... go with EZ Lynk for tuning. And from one dad to another, 5" exhaust with a muffler is so nice on the 6.7's. Have the same setup on my 08 6.7 and I love it. Literally got my dream truck there!
Mm3 tuner with double R diesel tunes. Best ones for Cummins hands down! I did the carli suspension leveling kit on mine with fox shocks. Rides better than stock. And then put heavy duty Firestone air bags in the rear.
Definitely do both full replacement bumpers and color match to the brown. Leveling kit with 12.5 x 35s with the wheels being powder coated. Diamondback bed cover would look sweet. Smoke out the 3rd brake light, both tail lights and the cab lights. And a black grill instead of the chrome. You could also get all the badges in black. Good lookin truck bud. Congratulations

You missed a couple things! Don’t know if I missed them but with your powered mirror pack the button at the very top of the control panel of drivers door is POWERED CONTROLLED, yes powered control I never seen that till they came out! But that’s also a nice feature! In the back seat your back seats should recline a bit! Not sure if yours has that option but for the package I think it does! Also under the flat surface for the rear seat flip them up and they have a little lock they lock into place and you have extra storage under the seats! Maybe you found that by now but if not there a couple extra feature you may not of known it’s one hell of a truck! 😉😉😉

The whole bumper replacement does look good. Go big or go home. I just don’t know wether to get both too. I think it looks solid to have both ranch hand full replacement bumpers !!! I saved the cash ahead of time to take it straight from dealer and I did go but I had to step back and think about it. I’m still undecided!
The new Dodge trucks are super nice especially the interiors. Congratulations brotha, should do the whole ranch hand bumper just have it paint or power Coated to match the brown on the stock one! That'd look clean and haven't seen anyone do that yet to one!

Thuren Fabrication makes soft ride front leveling coils for the Rams. I ran spacers for a while. Cheap option that worked but they made the ride rougher than stock. The soft ride leveling coils gave me the level and ride better than stock. They aren’t too expensive either.
I had a ram and towed with it every day so I always kept the goal post mirrors up and you can see more with the spot mirrors when they up. And it’s a pain the ass to put them up and down when not towing

If you’re gonna get rid of the chrome on the wheels you gotta get rid of some of the chrome on the truck. I do vinyl wraps for a living and I do these RAM grills all the time. A lot of people just wanna get rid of a little chrome and do just the outer part of the grill. I think if you black that out to match the paint of the truck and maybe the mirrors too. That would look clean 🙌🏻
Awesome idea for the wheels. In my opinion you should level the truck and replace the 33s with 35s. Also do the full bumper replacement front and back and color match them to the brown color. 😎🤙

You should:
