The two prepainted planeswalkers are Kiora, a Merfolk (Triton), the other is Ob-Nixilis who is a big evil demon. The goblins on zendikar actually have taken on more of a stone appearance over time in their lore which is even referenced in a few goblin cards. They look vastly different from other goblins (but not as weird as the Kamigawa goblins). The eldrazi spawn and Titan are really cool monsters that really give you a feel of Eldritch beings that can't be killed with mere sword or magic. The sculpts on some of them can be better but they're probably made as a single piece and mass produced so they're not as good as other minis.
You're right, he does! I hadn't noticed that! And I agree with you, that design does look better. Probably got reworked so it would be easier to cast, as the end product had less parts sticking out.
Yeah, I definitely wanted to make him look quite gross! ;) And yeah, some of the minis aren't all that - but there are enough of the good and unique ones that it's easily worth it anyway!
Oh yeah, absolutely! I definitely appreciate this set more as a whole than the main set. Definitely worth getting. :) I hope you find it at a decent price soon!
Carefull with that many minis man. I remember that one scene from Gullivers Travels !!!
Hahaha! Don't worry - I make sure to feed them properly!
man I love these boxes I got a ton of minis for cheap.
Yeah, absolutely!

Huh, that's a lot of stuff I didn't know. That was interesting, thanks! :D
Love those paint jobs.
Thank you! :D
0:21 the Eldrazi Ruiner looks a bit different in this photo. Maybe it was an early design but I like it better.

I'm the same about this set: half the minis I love and half I don't. Painting the big creature like flesh is gross and wonderful. Great stuff!!

Cool I have been looking into getting this set as well but just want to have a bit of price drop. Or find it on the thrift would be nice.
