Noticing a trend with infomercials, that the subject trying to sell you something, will not look at the camera directly. It reminds me of the guy on sunset Blvd, trying to sell me a rolex. He will never look me in the eyes during the attempted sell.

I look right into the camera a lot. The only reason I don't in every shot is because the editors wanted to mix up the angles-- otherwise it would be super-dull to watch.
