Watching that episode up until the end i kept refusin to believe that micheal was dead, it was one hell of a tearjerker and after watching The Final Break again with the tearjerker ending finding out how micheal had died. It is just definitely the best season finsher to THE greatest show ever conceived and even though i am a absolutely huge fan of the show i dont want the writers to make a fifth season and possibly ruin what they have goin now, just leave as it is please! I dunno. My opinion's that this was a perfect ending to this show. After so many unexpected things and circumstances I couldn't ever imagine a happy-ending. This was a perfect way to finish a storyline like this. Michael gave up everything to provide happy future to his brother, family and friends. People who can't see this...might watched the show only cuz of Michael Scofield.

My brother who loved that show didn't know there was a flashback and the death of Michael et many friends of mine also. :) I wish he didn't have to do a sacrifice but a happy ending would have been a little too much. I really love that show and i already miss it.
I don't think they where in a hurry but I think they realised they couldn't really continue the show cause,, well 2 breakouts in 6 months are enough xD. And cause of his illness Micheal's death was kinda logical,, and there was no rush since it's 4 years later
