Poor Abi,☹️🐶…Love when people include their pet life in their videoed. Oh, btw I love the way you explain the making of the pocket… thank you so much!!!
Thank you for recording this. It was the first one listed when I searched for “slip pocket in lining”. Normally I expect to watch 3-4 videos. Not this time!!
I have watched every one of your videos, thank you so much for all the brilliant teachings! I would really like to know what kind of sewing machine you use? and the really thin foot is ?? I have been sewing for so many years, and now learning so much more, is there a video anywhere about your sewing machine, and why you chose that one?
I'm so glad you enjoy the way I teach! I sew on an Industrial Juki DDL 8700 Flat Bed machine. I picked her because she was able to sew everything I brought when I went it for a test drive of machines. I also liked the clearance she had under the foot. I also wanted to be able to use her in all of my videos and a walking foot didn't seem like the right machine for the job. The little foot I use is a Narrow Split Hinged foot and I picked it up at Cutex Sewing Supply or Wawak.com www.wawak.com/sewing/sewing-machine-accessories/feet/zipper-split-hinged-sewing-machine-foot-40322shp363/#sku=prt5002
I love your videos, your such a great teacher. I have learned so much from you in fact I found your video for the Sunshine Wristlet and wham, I fell in love with bag making! What i do when I change my rotary blades or have dull pins I put them in an empty Altoids tin. When it has a good amount in it I put a rubber band or tape on it and recycle the whole thing.
Ok so I did a search and it’s called Olfa Rotary Point Cutter. And yes it’s discontinued. I would check eBay every now and then because it does pop up occasionally.
I use Gutermann Mara 70 Tex 40. I was trying to get you a link but the website I buy it on is only showing 2 thread choices. When it comes up I’ll try to get you a link.
I love your personality! So fun watching your videos. They are very helpful. Thank you so much.
Awww thank you!
That was fantastic - and so useful.
Glad it was helpful!

You’re Welcome! My pets are always nearby when I sew. I can’t shake them lol!
I’ll have to watch a few times more; that was like a magic trick to me!
Funny story I used to be a clown and I did magic hahahha!

Is there a previous video I need to see? I have no idea what's happening, or why
It may not have started at the beginning. I explain why I'm showing how to make this video in the beginning.
Where can I find the knife thing you used for cutting up to corners on template? Just found your videos! Love them
It’s an olfa cutter and I think the only place is eBay because it’s discontinued. I’ll do a search and see if I can find the proper name.
