"Full Liquor Bar" is a reference to weddings and other events that provide free drinks. What it really means is "Time to PARTY!!!"
"Ellis Dee" or (LSD) got her name because of her colorful style, similar to the hippie "flower children" of the 60's who did lots of LSD.
To a lot of you, I'm sure you are saying 'well duh.."
But just for sake of education, some may not understand the American cultural references behind those funny sounding phrases in a language secondary to you. Just trying to help :)
