violet rosie just like to say well done for trying to positively calm yourself. It's a big thing to step away and find comfort whether that's talking to someone or as you say watching an asmr video. Yes you've had a relapse but onwards and upwards. Success and recovery is not a linear line but rather a rollercoaster. Stay positive and I wish you all the best!
