Yeah, honestly thats a great option. It is the equivalent of a 16-25mm for a full frame. Would be a great all-around lens and definitely useable for real estate.
Great idea to put the Insta360 camera on the gimbal handle. It looks like the sellers could have helped you out with a bit of decluttering and staging. Do you normally shoot with soap dispenser bottles on the vanities and countertops and waste baskets in the shot?
Thanks! Eh, it's hit-and-miss. This house was a bit cluttered when I arrived, so I spent about 10 minutes moving around a few things. Definitely could have gotten rid of a few more items. Some houses I shoot are a complete mess, and some are staged perfectly. This one was somewhere in between. I appreciate callout though!
Thank you! For the most part i would adjust my color temp manually, especially in this house with the amount of mixed lighting. My goal is usually for the the ceiling to look white. Outside I use a preset for sunny or cloudy.

@@emower2011 okay, I don't know what I did wrong then, because when I try to edit the video. The video did not show full vertical, could't see the full video, did I set up my camara not the right way? I tought maybe because I set up 4k instead 1920 x 1080
Most mls’ don’t allow kids or animals. Most agents would absolutely not want a cat 🐈 especially. They tend to leave unpleasant odors and animal hair, even if you’re a cat person, it’s someone else’s cat.
@@emower2011 Thank you, I just thought it would be the easiest option, (less time in the edit room) but you also said that most of the footage would not be used, so that would make sense not to remove it too.
Love the video! It is extremely helpful! Keep up the great work!
Thanks for the kind words!
I'm thinking of going into real estate. This video has been helpful.
Thanks dude. Go crush it!
Evan, I really appreciate this video. Looking forward to your future content.
Thank you very much!!
I'm perusing this, thanks for the instruction. If you can have 1 lens with a ZV-E10, is the tameron 11-20mm a good option?

lincoln is SO CUTE lol
Thanks for this video, Evan! I love how you mention the challenge of narration, as I have the same issue 😂
Not an easy skill to master!
Very interesting, do you add the music for these type videos or does the client when they publish to IG reels etc.?
For these, I find a royalty-free song or license a song via musicbed.

Do you use any tools on site to help you with color grading? (ex. color passport)
Nope I use all tools built into Premiere Pro!
Great job man
Thank you! 🙌🏻
love those speed ramps with the color adjust. What do you edit in, and do you use presets?
Thank you! Nope, no presets. All edited in Premiere Pro.
What bag were you using for your gear?
That’s the ThinkTank Airport Accelerator. Incredible bag, even after 5 years of use.
Great job man! Just want to ask what's your white balance setting for both interior and exterior? Thanks!

are you using autofocus if so what are your settings?
All manual focus. Unless I am pushing in on a specific object from across the room.
Did you did the video with your cellphone or camara? If you did the video with your camara how ypu set up?did you record with 4k?
@@marcoshuayai3995 the bts was shot on a a7iv on a tripod. 4k. The real estate video was shot on fx3 also 4k.

are you shooting at 24fps or 60fps?
I shoot everything in 60 and deliver in 30!

Lincoln was more of a human than a cat though
Why do you shoot in vertical?
This realtor has a larger following on Instagram and TikTok. Most of his views are on mobile!
@@emower2011 that's what I was suspecting. thanks for the answer
Listen to me breathe heavily for nearly 30 minutes.
*Thanks for the great video👍🔥🔥🔥*
Great video I’m in the market for a camera would u recommend fx3 or as73
@@Flokiboys can’t go wrong with the fx3. By far my favorite camera.
@@emower2011 can you make tutorials on using gimbal videography with fx3 settings?
Can't you just remove the mirror on the bedroom wall from the shot? I have been told not to video a piano as it's not being sold with the house.
Ha. I'm a little scrappy. Typical time spent in/out of a house for a listing video is 30-45 minutes.

CRANKED!
Real reason i have to crank the ss is because I don't have a nd filter for that 14mm. :(
Is the cats name Hillary???
LINCOLN THE CAT!
