Shielder is definitely good. He acts as a stun tanker. He also has higher priority chance for being targeted for being stunned. He’s more support as actual damage/dps is average. He also can survive multiple fatal hits at later levels (such as admiral/general air strikes). Having him in some fights just make him tank all the stuns from a stun spamming boss (such as one of D̸͚̉I̴̥͘G̸̩̎N̸̜̔Ï̴̫T̷̨̂Y̷̨̔’s abilities [I didn’t feel like explaining it cause it’s the one he gets if you take long enough]). I don’t have him but someone did and he did in fact tank for other more important towers like dps towers (placing him in the middle of them is apparently better for if you want him to tank.
idk what is the meta here but from all the spawn areas we get its easy to guess the paths change acasionally so placing defense closer to the base is a great method of emergancy defence once the spawn point changes but still it kinda sucks that the enemies stun allot this early makes is quite dificult specially when the path is just too short and not to forget most of them is pretty fast so they'll be reaching the base so quickly and the spikes simply makes towers like pizza place spawn and cloner useless and lack of turns or places you can put towers in makes it hard to effectively use towers and if all that wasnt enough you also dont get good amount of cash per wave and if you try to farm it is still insuffice given now you cant defend and depending on your teammates arent quite possible in this game given since their towers are expensive aswell or even if they are cheap they are just not strong enough to fight off the onslaught of stun abuse
Extra notes pizza place isn’t too good on this map thanks to the split paths. Every ten waves the path changes 1-10 is the one abomination shows up in, wave 11-20 is the forest, 21-30 is Yorick’s resting place, and 31-40 is the treehouse where John Doe and Dignity shows up.
3:28 ahem blame the new pizza tower rework his range is now only in front of him so he cant target any enemies from behind or to the left or right of him. But he still does deliver pizza to other towers like he would without the range nurf
They also made pizza place summons to have a triangular direction of sight instead of a circular radius and everytime you beat bloxxers dream on normal mode you get a skin there 4 skins in total in normal mode and it’s not randomize it’s in order and there’s 4 skins in nightmare mode too

Though later on you will need hyper laser for bigger flying enemies. Specifically on wave 17 when they come out of the forest. This may help or it may not but I tried my best to give a tip
Usually helps to have a 3-4 people. Rock can handle pretty much majority of the early game up until the soldier 3s start appearing (a player with arsenal can handle that) speaking of which arsenal is a very good early game tower. Luckily they don’t know when a tower has -100% range so a single tower can tank (hence placing a tix there) and if you angle it right in first person you can place a hyperlaser ON the SIDE (not the edges of the platforms the actual sides) of the small platforms around where bloxxer’s bedroom starts fading into the map. Early to late game just comes down to hyperlaser spam Ngl. Boombox and rockstar are (probably) needed support towers. Boombox with the mastery that gives shield through his ability helps a lot in the John Doe fight. (He has a kill ability whenever he says “I will take over”) The bosses start from the already seen abomination, slender man, Yorick, John Doe, and D̸͚̉I̴̥͘G̸̩̎N̸̜̔Ï̴̫T̷̨̂Y̷̨̔.
Abomination you’ve seen, slenderman if anyone gets close to him he’ll cover EVERYONE’s screen with himself, and occasionally will permanently lower a tower’s range and it kills if it lowers to -100% apparently, he also will occasionally display “collect my pages” message on the screen. First off pray to GOD he isn’t blinding you. And go search around the map for his page (it will be highlighted in white), failure to do so drains like 10k or remove 20 base health, if you have enough hyper-lasers he’ll just die pretty fast (still though pay attention to the page thing.)
Also for the forest section there’s two main threats: see-saws (which have way more shield for a wave 12 enemy should have and base insta-kill, ps that’s why the soldier 2 in the abomination fight insta’d you) hyper lasers should take care of them, and the forbidden entities. They’re the real threat 150 hp, way too fast, and spawns five of the main peon: forbidden minion, and five of the flying enemies: forbidden fliers, in a clumped up formation as well so hyperlaser cant reliably kill them.
Yorick’s up next he’s more of a waiting game. After slender-man it’s basically free Ngl. Also before delving into him bring barracks (since they shoot they ignore the yellow trait [the no damage from spawned unit contact dmg thing] and are more of a support), heavy gunner (self explanatory, boombox, rock, hyperlaser (all three are self explanatory), tix (explained in initial strat), and someone else should bring tycoon (because we all like money). Anyways Yorick is slow asf. But the moment he enters the hyperlaser zone he just disintegrates. However not to say he doesn’t have a gimmick. He quizzes you. Three riddles and a “puzzle”. The “puzzle”: find darkness. Covers your screen in a bunch of black boxes with the word “dark” in em on every player’s screen. It’s a one for all thing where if one person messes up everyone does and only one needs to do it. The quiz has 3 different questions he can give you. I’ll tell you the start of each. “Voiceless it cries” is the middle button. “It consumes all” is the one on the right. And “alive without breath” is the one on the left. Basically left:fish, middle: wind/vortex thing, right: time/clock. Getting it wrong is either -10k cash or -20 base hp. He does have a stun and summon ability but both are negligible.
There is a mini-boss fake bloxxer at wave 35 but he’s negligible. Next up is John Doe. As I said after slender-man you’ve basically won. But still I’ll go over John Doe as well. “Get hacked” he covers your screen and moves you around and teleports you randomly, covers your screen, and drains your cash. Nothing to do about it but it can make you broke until he enters tower range. He can teleport. Has your average summon. He also has a kill ability right when he says “I will take over” idk how it works due to the pure chaos happening but as long as you stay on top of your boombox ability whenever he says it you should be good. And then that’s it… totally. Also he kills teddy bloxpin.
To even try to do it with randoms someone must at least have tycoon and focusing on upgrading to max(Mr tix full mastery alt form) because tycoon can give 20% of the cash and the wave bonus cash sucks ass and there’s [ insert spoiler here] that can steal your cash and put you into the negative really fast and also bring hyper laser (I think it’s legit impossible without)
There is something about doomspire that doesn’t feel right with me like the game is good but there is one thing that i dont like about it that i can’t put my hand on

Cyber Theres 40 waves and 4 major bosses (one of the major bosses being restricted to only nightmare mode as a secret final boss)
Quick tip:piano is quite good for the forest as the flying enemies are fast and piano can stun them(to be exact 3 that have cloak detection)
