Hi verenice! Thanks, I actually folded the party streamer like in the video and made the little slits on just one side, opened the streamer and gathered the uncut edge adding drops of glue as I gathered and formed the flower. The flowers are are not so big, but will work for my project.
@@lolitalolita7561 that's good that you found a way to make them, i honestly tried both ways, like in this video and the one I had recommended and i just couldn't get them right🙄 then I found another video and for some reason their way worked for me 😂🤷🏻♀️
