This is my 3rd year as a fish keeper. I’ve always been nervous to venture out of nano fish. Your channel has helped me more than you know! Keep up the great work! I just got my first pair of Acaras just last week and it’s been exciting to say the least!
👍🏻😎I can appreciate someone who likes their aquariums to be spotlessly clean. I won't have it any other way myself. Some people have nice fish, but their aquariums are just not up to my standards. Your's definitely are.
wow.. your blue acura grew so big now. those frys, i saw them in their grow out tank where you mention you feed them couple of times per day and now they are so nice.
All your aquariums are just mesmerizing to watch bro in this video the camera angle was really nice since i could see the fishes up so close...Yes plz add the 3D background to 180 gallon aquarium...Love u guys always ❤🎉😊
Awesome tanks! I think I would keep the electric blues, beautiful. Good luck with the discus tank. I have kept fish for over 30 years but I have avoided them. They are tough.
Hey Troy you should try Aponogeton Cripus in your discus tank...this plant loves high temps...up to 90°...grows pretty quick n gets tall so perfect for the 90g tank...they get up to 20in tall...I love mine...just an idea.
I also have a pair of apisto macmasteri golds in my community tank. The male is the boss of the tank. He fears no one in there..besides his woman. She's the real boss ;) It's hilarious to watch her keep him in line.
I really like these videos. Cichlid Bros really knows about the hobby as I understand. I would like to know your opinion about a 240-litre tank I am about to set up on Saturday. Once I test the water I would like to keep peacocks. I am just not sure about how many I can keep in a 240-litre fish tank. The filter I will be using will be Aquael Ultramax 1500. I mention the filter because I know that filtration matters when it comes to how many fish you can stock in a fish tank.
Hey Cichlid bros, I have been watching you channel for the last year and you inspired me to make a south-american cichlid community tank. I currently have a 450L (nearly 120 G) tank (5’x20”x24”) with 5 Geophagus pyrocephalus, 2 Electric blue Acara, and a Red Spot Severum. I would like to add an Oscar in the future but Im not sure if a 5 feet tank is suitable. Judging by how big Nessie looks in the 6 feet tank I think it should be alright, but I would still like to hear about your opinion!
How do you keep all of those tanks clean? I have a 75, 55, 29, and 2 20's and it's a lot of work. I can't imagine all the work that goes into keeping those tanks up. How do you do it?
Man. I have a 10 gallon with 4 types of cichlids A male mouth, a female albino, female blood parrot, and can't tell the sex of the tiger Oscar because they're too young. But I'm saving enough money to get a 75 gallon Fish Tank for them.
My electric
Blue acaras I got from you have gained substantial size!!!
Love to hear they are doing well!

Love to hear it! Enjoy the acaras. They’re great cichlids!
the 150 is unreal. Possibly the most beautiful mixed SA tank I’ve seen on UA-cam or instagram. Beautiful fish.
Thanks so much! Proud of that one!

That's awesome!
I should get an flowerhorn I love I mean love your videos
I absolutely love that SA tank. How do you keep algae at bay with that lighting and slow growing Anubias?
Thanks! A few Bristlenose Plecos help some, but overall it’s just a well balanced tank. Enjoying it!

It might be a tight fit as adults but it would probably work out just fine. Thanks for following the channel!

What was those lights AI prime? Did you say

I need 5 feet aquarium for my South American cichlid
In the 180 gallon acrylic tank, where did you get the artificial plants?
Online shop that unfortunately close down 2 years ago. Hobby lobby has the same plants if you want to DIY them
@@CichlidBros oh really? I'll look on their site. But there wouldn't be any type of chemical leeching off the plants right?

Does he ever say where he get his tanks?
A mix of places. Some online, a few at local stores, Facebook marketplace, etc.
What kind of lighting do you use??
Aquarium Co-Op LED Light on the 180 and 90g: geni.us/D896w
AI Primes on the 150, AI Blades on the 135
Still enough space for at least one Malagasy cichlid tank 😂
What is your electric bill in cold weather ?
About $300 a month 🥴
What are the dimensions of the 150 please
5x2x2 ft
Thankyou for replying
Those are some high quality fake plans
