Recycling Silos were able to recycle each other in the original demo but that was soon changed.
15:47 so I wemt and played this level myself first before watching this and I said the same thing 😂 I was more than like 3/4 done that phase when I realized they could extend or hook onto one another. The description says they must attach to water or pipes and I was like I don't have an item called pipe so that must be for another level. It didn't click that those things are creating pipes. You're doing a really good job with these imo. A tip for you though if you want: don't forget there's an undo button that can remove your last move. I used it a lot when I was doing like you were and trying to create rocks for the cloud seeders to go. I'd put the calcifier down and check to see if the cloud seeder could be placed (and that it had power) and if not, undo and try somewhere else.
I'm really enjoying the update. Before for the animals you had to use a search function and like guess what the animal wanted. The only issue I'm having with the animals now is the sound thing doesn't seem to do anything. I don't understand what the red vs green mean before it's placed and nothing seems to change when I use it. Thank goodness you don't have to pick them up. It's also nice that to 100% an area you only need to make 1 of each species super happy. So if your mountain deer are happy it's fine if your sunset deer or whatever are not. Although I'm finding the beavers annoying to please 😂
If all you want to do is please beavers you could always try playing Timberborn 😉

I remember when you had to place the animals and meet their needs, as well as figure out some of the requirements.
One of he cool techs if you have monorails or have the cleanup phase, is you can either move one environmental tuner between locations, or build, recycle, build a new one.
I love this game. I wish it was a mobile game. It would be great

You still using the recycling mechanics wrong. Silos are used to recycle buildings that are far away from the range of the beacons, the beacons recycles all buildings costs 100%, the silos only collect a portion of the building costs. Just look at the tooltip video on 35:08, it literally shows that the beacon can recycle buildings in its range. I think you've been using the old mechanics when the game had a demo.
