This song is so special to me. And this rendition is a favorite - I actually like it more than the original. I was born with sickle cell disease, and pain is a central part of my existence. The lyrics in this song, and the creativity, and the singing -- it all speaks to me. I love this so so so much. It feels like a spiritual, transcendental experience each time I listen, especially after not listening for a while. Thank you for this.
