Which cyclone variant would you say is stronger / easier to build between Axe - Impale and Mace/Staff Shockwave?

First of all: I think you go Impale either way - and I don't think there's a big difference between the 2 - Axe Masteries are absolutely Gigachad tho - I'd say it comes down to preference
