This is not dancing brother, the ref called to fight, is not Ramirez fault at all. What happened is that the ref didn't want to stop the fight to the local boxer, when he was clearly very hurt.
The knockdown was clean, he was unlucky to land badly on his leg, and the ref let it continue and the Albanian guy turned his back and walked to his corner when the fight had been signalled to continue. Stupid from him but the Colombian could have been a better sportsman and not run up and hit him when he’s not looking.
