Chicken Curry Guyanese Style.

- Chicken curry cooked slowly to infuse the ingredients into the meat. I used Guyanese Indi garam masala because it has lots of coriander, preferred curry powder is Lala which can be used in any curry. We curry a whole chicken, however, chicken legs with back attach is excellent for this recipe.
Chicken Curry Ingredients
4 LBS Skinless Chicken
2 Medium Onion
20 Clove Garlic
2 Wiri Wiri Pepper
4 Heaped Teaspoon Garam Masala
2 Heaped Teaspoon Curry Powder
¼ Cup Oil
Potatoes as needed (optional)
Pre-Seasoned Chicken 1/2 hour
Salt
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper.

Everything looks good,I know everyone cook different, but I'm sorry it's not a bush cook if you are not cooking in the woods, bush cook means you are cooking in the woods or cooking in the garden or wild back yard cooking, the curry is way too dark,I have never seen curry this dark ever🤭I'm confuse with your saying of bush cook when you are not in the bush.

Less curry powder and water..the curry gravy is thicker. The masala is Indi masala from the west indian shop. 🥰
