So refreshing to see some real design coming to properties in this country, let’s hope future properties of ALL sizes and price range develop uniqueness.
At last a property with some thought gone into it. I would choose this any day over a redrow or Taylor wimpy detached. Looks solid. Guessing very expensive.
7:20 that is really nice, it's a section of cavity Flemish bond with snapped headers turned outwards, very nice, very effective and not expensive to do at all.
You don't mention about the houses green potential. Does it have solar panels etc? This is important in this day and age.

Why are the streets so narrow?
3506Dodge to keep the cost down & profits up .Brits don’t seem to mind the fact that you can’t fit 2cars passing each other comfortably on new estates.
This is too much cynical about this abode....Very nice video clip and an awful massive house only for the rich.
Hi and thanks for your comment. This house did have a hefty pricetag but was a real treat to view, a stunning house. We cover homes for all budgets. We enjoyed looking around it and know many viewers will enjoying looking around it with us :)
