Praying, reading the Bible , not being overcome by evil. Thinking on good things , being as wise as a serpent but meek as a dove and forgiveness. It’s easier said than done and a constant battle.With God we can do it.!
I thoroughly appreciate these daily devotionals. The few scattered verses that are covered each day give me so much more insight into the ways of God and men and how I can improve my thinking as a Christian.
In Jesus’ Righteous & Holy Name, Amen 🙏🏻…..Beloved, never avenge yourself, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord” Romans 12:19 ESV. I can attest to this truth…I have seen it many times in my life. If we try to avenge ourselves, it will only cause more harm to us, it is much better & wiser to leave it to our Father in Heaven, His knowledge of all of us , including our adversaries, is beyond our finite minds & His timing is impeccable in all things…Trust Him 🙏🏻.
