I do not know Tibetan which is hard for me to learn as it is entirely different from the Indian languages . After the introduction of Mahayana Buddhism in Tibet in 7th century , hundreds of Buddhist texts in Sanskrit were faithfully rendered into Tibetan . This felicitation song addressed to HH the 14th Dalai Lama is very beautiful and magnificent . It is very melodious and pleasing to ears . We feel happy to see the Dalai Lama whose ever-smiling , guileless and placid face we cannot forget even for a moment. I deeply respect him who has dedicated himself for the cause of universal brotherhood . May he live long among us by the blessings of Lord Buddha an embodiment of non-violence , compassion and amity .
