    a video of a young angela davis speaking about revolution and yall are stuck on trying to figure out if your beady lil eyes think shes pretty or not. a woman talkin about violence against her community and yall are stuck on whether or not she is physically attractive to your own personal standards.... sigh

      Angela's physical beauty is so obvious I see no reason why anyone can fail to notice it. But her BEAUTIFUL MIND, her spirit, her ideas---would to god we could get folk to notice those things.

      I also think she is a good speaker, able to put Communist philosphy in lamen terms that the average perosn can understand it takes a great mind to simpliy complcated ideas.

    Not violence, direct action. The direct resistance of authority can be violence, but can include nonviolence, pacifism and violent resistance to authority. Organisation is the key

    • @LS-ei9ml
      @LS-ei9ml 7 років тому +1

      Nestor's Dragon Yes and no, i mean, you can be all the pacifist you want but they won't concede you any power, because those are not their interest and because they simply don't care, so even if you start in a pacific way, there's going to be violence and you will have to respond with violence if you really want to win the fight and make a radical change. No right ever in the history of humanity was achieved by playing the game of the oppressor or by asking for their permission.

    Well spoken, respectful , thoughtfull. You see the story in her words . You can feel what she is saying. She took her power back while breaking down the question while knowing why he asked this question to provoke some sort of reaction so they could point the finger again. She’s brilliant and someone I look up to. I respect you Angela.
