The worst thing when playing Zielinski is that he plays so freaking fast and it’s so frustrating to be on your chair watching him cleaning the table under a minute !!!

Feel bad for Mario, playing a beast of a shooter (who also getting the good rolls) and not getting much love or good rolls from his breaks.
Here is a 9 ball story: true too!! lol
I was playing in finals of a state 9 ball tourny. race was to 7 ,I was on 6 and opponent was on 2. His break ,,he breaks makes a ball,,then shoots the 2 to 9 ball combo and misses. Leaving the nine near corner and the 2 not far from it.
There are allot of people watching this match BTW.
I approach the table and shoot the 2 to 9 combo and make it!!! Match over,,,,right???? Not so fast!!!
We shook hands and he started to put his stick away when people in the crowd are pointing to the table,,,,and we look,,the 1 ball is still on the table!!!
OOOps!!!
Now what to do??? I asked my opponent what he wanted to do,,and he said ,,It is over!!! I won but it was strange for sure!!

I believe once you made your shot you cemented his mistake, as it were, meaning turned it effectively into a valid shot. You can only complain about the opponent hitting the wrong ball right after he made the shot, as soon as another shot is made it's water under the bridge. I believe those are the rules.
I would argue him shaking your hand after your shot also cemented your mistake in the same way and effectively made it into a valid shot.
@@kardRatzinger Yep I agree. I remember this like it happened yesterday. There was some humor in the room as the look on our faces when we seen the 1 ball still on the table. lol

He is a rhythm player, if you play safeties on him or slow down the game he will get frustrated for sure. Dangerous when a player can pot from anywhere on the table and not even care if he misses or not. Plays like Jayson and Josh.

Interesting seating positions for contestants. One has an ideal sight of break over the other.
Third rack Victor used a glancing bank on that eight, which insured not being on the rail. Wasnt a straight in shot.

On game 10, everyone commentator included said it was a dry break but Mario potted the red 3 ball. Wasn't a dry break.
Lisa we use the term dry break when it is an illegal break!
Maybe we should use the term 'illegal break".
However it has transpired that everyone uses the term dry break even if a ball is made but is illegal.

Yes exactly!...there's more of an art to making the wing ball. That's why it was introduced with the 3 point rule!

Yes I know but the 3 point rule is also a dry break which is the opponents turn to play. that's why imrad said it was a dry break. There are two differences in a dry break. If you watch other 9ball matches they also say its a dry break. not the potting dry break the 3 point rule one. At first I thought they were wrong but then I started to get use to it.

Are you really playing alternate 9-ball with a sharpshooter like Zielinski? That's as bad as playing alternate bowling preventing a good bowler from even getting a double. Not fun to watch. It's also very unfair to Mario being behind 5 to 1. He can't string racks together to catch up. At this stage of the match with alternate breaking at best he's got maybe 1% chance to win making it really not fun to watch. In fact, Zielinski will wipe him out.
