Johnny....you going to be at the GIE......I plan on camping...and I think Mark & Mike might be camping too... I send out a letter a few times a year. Beginning, middle and End of season. I believe these updates are great for the customer.

Great info!! I’ve been able to pre schedule and receive pre payments in full for all my spring mulching, trimming, projects, ect. for the past 5 years using this same approach. I offer 10% off if prepaid by certain date... collected $30k within a weeks time mid February, and have 135 scoops of mulch on my schedule for March. Best thing I’ve ever done as a SOLO Operator!!!

I send mine out every February with a post dated deadline and get deposit on all accounts and offer a 10 % discount on 1st invoices let's meet know my work load for the season be doing mine last 20 or so yrs I believe in opm other people's money for start up cost not mine we front loaded and all mowing is on a pet psy basis only I bill out landscaping projects.
That’s a good with the deposits but taking a 10% hit that’s a bit rough.

Good advice Johnny. I email something probably similar in the early spring. Email the list of the services they had last year and it shows all my potential services they could go with and I already know in my head their prices for potential services so I have that on there already. Great idea for you to inform others that can really take this and help their business if they don't know how to do the template.
