In this episode, we had the opportunity to speak with Katie Ferrell, Director of Marketing & Communications of Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana. Make-A-Wish creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. As a result, these wishes help kids fight harder, assist them in complying with their treatment better, and most importantly, give them an emotional and mental break after dealing with the stress, trauma, and unknowns of their illnesses.
