Math guy in youtube comments reporting! a single fanny results in 110% speed. additional speed increases don't multiply the current speed by another 110% (which would result in 121%), they simply add another 10% to base speed multiplier, resulting in 120%.
Having two daggers in one fanny each results in 110% + 110% = 220% of the attack speed of a single, un-buffed dagger. Having a single dagger in two fannys and one dagger in no fanny results in 120% + 100% - the same :)

I'm pretty sure 1 dagger at 120% + 100% and 2 daggers at 110% lead to a different amount of triggers over time total.
Actually let me do the math. Let's say a dagger had a cooldown of 10, for simplicity I'm just gonna use round numbers that aren't exactly aligned with the %'s but it should illustrate the point when extrapolated to any other numbers. So double fanny would make it a cooldown of 8, and single fanny makes it 9. In 1 case we have a dagger that hits every 8 and 10, in the other case a dagger that hits every 9 and 9.
The time this will run is 100, in case 1 the "8" dagger has hit 12,5 times and the "10" dagger has hit 10, a total of 22,5 hits. In case 2 the "9" dagger has hit 11,11 times, both of them, leading to 22,22 hits. Just SLIGHTLY less.
ok a more extreme example: case 1: a "4-dagger" and a "10-dagger". case 2: two "7-dagger"s. Both of them have a 6 reduction, either put on 1 dagger or spread on both.
Let's make the total time 1000 now: Case 1: "4-dagger" hits 250 times and the "10-dagger" 100, total of 350. Case 2: a "7-dagger" hits 143 times (rounded up) so 2 of them hit a total of 286. Now the difference is MASSIVE!
But I know that if you have a reduction spread on both it's percentually more than stacking it on 1 item, because nothing can be reduced to 0%, making more and more added speed stacks smaller, so i don't even know if this math adds up. I just remember we did some spreadsheet calculations to figure out what to speed up for optimal goobert triggers xD Simple conclusion is that speeding up a faster cooldown always leads to more overall triggers even if the speed has more "impact" percentually on a bigger cooldown. Just depends on if the value of the items you're speeding up is the same!
Edit: there's an reply below lol

Maths here has been oversimplified and caused error. 7 + 7 and 4 + 10 look like equivalent cooldown reduction of 6 when you regard it as flat subtraction of time between attacks, but that isn't what happens - BpBa does percentage subtraction.
7 cooldown is ~43% faster than 10 (doubled to 86%), whereas 4 cooldown is 150% faster than 10. I think the numbers speak for themselves there.
This is kinda funny to see off the back of you saying school wastes time with maths you'll never use and should teach you how to do your taxes and stuff in a relatively recent video.
Really like the content by the way! Glad to see that random starts have put a bit more of the fun back in the game.

10 CD -20% will give you 8.3 CD not 8.0.
You need to calc this way:
      1funny = 10%
Then its Base CD divided by 1.1
If you take 10 * 1.2 as you will do 1.2 hits instead of 1 then you will get that you hits not once per 10 seconds but once per 8.3sec.
Imagine its 1 sec CD and time of 100 sec. Also they do 1 dmg per hit
      2x dagger no attack speed:
They do 200 hits in 100 Seconds
      Both 1DPS. In total 2DPS
      2x dagger on 10% = they will hit 1 sec / 1.1 = 0.909 times per second. Each will hit 110 times
      Both of them 220 hits - 2.2DPS
1x normal dagger we already know its 1 DPS
      1 dagger on two backpacks = 1 / 1.2 = 0.8333
100 seconds is enough to fit 120 hits
In total they do 220 hits with results in 2.2 DPS
So, basically that don't matter. BUT it matters when one of the item has already increased attack speed beyond 100%. Then its profitable to buff other one's. If they are all in the range of 0-100% increased attack speed, they will always benefit in the same - they DPS will go by% of the additional attack speed

i figured the maths were off because of how the speed works like i mentioned, but i'm pretty sure that stacking a 2nd fanny on dagger leads to more overall triggers instead of putting it on a 2nd dagger? I'd have to go back to the video where people calculated this lol unless im misremembering the specifics of the setup
Edit: I think the setup I remember was when comparing 2 different items with different cooldowns. Speeding up the faster one always leads to more triggers.

Saw the thumbnail, thought "What does shielded have to do with the hammer", read the title, still thought that for a bit, then realised I'm an idiot XD

Ironically, hammer dagger might be in a good spot right now in Backpack Battles. Not turbo free win easy, but also prrtty strong if you build it right.
Its probably a super hard build for devs to balance because it can be so oppressive. Constant stuns and tons of burst and scales so well with buffs.
Anyway you played this round 200 IQ, amazing prismatic orb utility.

Pumpkin + knuckles + hammer + some daggars = strongest high roll build I ever made

I watch you for a long time but it really hurts how you play the spectral on the arrow WITHOUT IT BEING ABLE TO CRIT xD There was so much dmg lost. I think you shoul have played both spectral daggers on the arrow, and hit the all the daggers with the acorn. Way more burst, so you also "save" stamina, because you don't have to swing so often to do the same damage.

Can we see the same build but everything has elephant rune
