I've never cried so much in my LIFE! This scene is .. Crazy ..
I cried in this scene to the ending when they were talking on the phone and she goes to court and til they play this song it really Breaks my heart when Aileen and Selby Never Said a word to each other RIP 🪦 Aileen Wuoronos.
🤣🤣🤣 rest in peace!?
What about her victims. She doesn't deserve peace
Just listening to the score of this film makes me cry.
I cried in the movie when Aileen was talking when they were by the ferris wheel about how hard her life was
Yea when she last look at cel and this song was playing like goodbye forever
"Love conquers all, Faith can move mountains...Oh, well....they gotta tell you something..."
I saw this movie 13 years ago and still 2016 this score still stuck with me and it was something I could not shake. That closing scene. The heartbreak between the two and the sadness of her life. Yes she was a killer and did some very unforgivable thing but this movie made me very sympathetic towards her. Like I said... this scene and this music has stuck with me for 13 years and Im glad now on youtube I have now finally been able to find it again! So moving!
Jacqueline Lane goes to show that humans aren’t black and white, just good or bad,... that’s why the American juridical system blows so much.
4:23 put a HUGE lump in my throat.... so beautiful and otherworldly....
"I wish there was a way that people can forgive you for something like this, you know. But they can't. They can't, man. So I'm gonna die, Sel... Hey Sel, I'll never forget you. Good bye, baby. Bye baby."
"Good bye, Lee."
Well done BT.
Cried my eyes out at this movie
Just saw this film for the first time. It really is one of those that hits you hard.
This song tells the story of Aileen’s tragic, horrific life 😰
Yeah it’s sad but if you saw the real Aileen, she was batshit crazy. Also, let’s not forget about WHY she was executed.
Gaaaaahhh this song just plays my heartstrings so much =)
Monster was a phenomenal movie !!!!!
ubershredder1989
Aileen, the main character of the movie. Obviously you didn't see the movie haha
I just watched Monster for the first time and wow what a fantastic film, and I just had to find out this song straight away too! So glad I finally watched it. Genuinely haven’t had so many emotions, some conflicting, during a film for a long time. Bravo.
EPICLY SAD....fit the movie perfectly but also gives me ALL types of emotions hearing it.
thanks patty jenkins you are great
My favourite movie & movie score of all time. Absolutely breathtaking. BT nailed it. So glad I own the film & the soundtrack.
R.I.P. Aileen 💕
I don't know. I hope she's free. But the real Aileen wasn't as sympathetic and merciful.
I'm so sorry for what happened to her. It was very sad. she wasn't a Bad person at all.
Ive been looking for this track for a long time .💕it .L luv all music . Pet Metheny, ect Rock, instumentals Rock
Contempary. Jazz
Just really glad I found it
Thasnk God for the
Greats Soul Rythym & Blues. We. Would not. have the great music today
I feel so bad for Aileen. Even though she had a diabolical upbringing, was betrayed by every person she knew, was used and abused, she still tried to have a normal life...but fate was never kind to her. If she had gotten some therapy, support, and had compassionate people around her, she probably wouldn’t have turned to murder. She was a damaged, tortured soul and simply became unhinged, but I believe she could’ve been rehabilitated. I just wish she had a chance at a happy life. I hope she is finally at peace ♥️
Let’s just not feel bad for everyone’s families who are dead because of her, right?
@@Schoffchris I do feel terrible for the victims and victims families, really I do. What she did was inexcusable and unimaginable. I just noticed that she, unlike many other prolific killers, had true remorse in the end. She’d write letters to her friend every day about her guilt, regret, and genuine remorse she felt. If she had gotten support for her anger mismanagement, I don’t believe she would’ve became a killer. That’s all I was saying. Rest In Peace to all her victims ❤️
Didn’t know this amazing soundtrack was by BT all this time. Great movie.
A killer song from a killer movie.
The movie could have been made to suit the song!
Right in the damn feels... ; - ;
Beautiful
I just wish this was the same as it is in the film. When Aileen does her monologue at the very end of the film there is this amazing guitar solo in the background. It's not this song though.
+imma83 The guitar is definitely more prominent in the film version. I wish this version was exactly like it :(
Monster is one of the best movies I've seen recently. It's so beautiful and realistic. Anyone should seriously watch it, and this song especially is so moving it's inexplicable.
America, Rolling Stones. Phill Collins, Doobie Brothers
Best yet Jimmy Hendricks!!! Sting
Tears for Fears.
So many Janis Joplin
Al Green!!
I would really rock out as a teen.Thamks to my oldest sister pumping Otis Redding in my ear.
Thank you for uploading this❤️
I love this melody it is so heart warming
Perfect soundtrack so powerful love it a few years later and still listening to it
My brother was on the jury of her trial. He was only 21 at the time. They deliberated for only an hour and 48 minutes before finding her guilty. They recommended the death penalty. My brother was against it but talked into it. Til this day he feels guilty.
My favorite movie no she wasn’t wright! But wasn’t wrong either MENTAL HEALTH IS REAL....SAD ALL THE WAY AROUND. I STILL CRY AFTER!YEARS,EVEN THOUGH I WATCHED IT AND THE REAL TRIAL FOR YEARS..
Thanks for uploading this, dear friends! , you are very cute! ♥️
So amazing...
Amazing.
so sad, love this song.
thank you judge
Amazing scene, slightly different score. Who cares when they are both this good !!
I don't know whether this gives me hope.. or makes me feel worse... but I choose to believe in what I'm praying for.

Pink demons got put to SLEEP😂😂😂😂
You should upload the song and post a link in the description for all the people who wish to obtain a copy of this song
@dlund92 a couple of years ago, a friend gave me all the tracks of this movie. Unfortunately at the moment i've got on my PC only this one.
If you feel nothing in this film and knowing how much Aileen suffered I want you to take a good long look in a mirror and ask yourself what kind of person you are, because trust me… You aren’t great. A woman who was treated like her deserved justice, and got hell for no reason. I support the story and I support the survival of other people who suffered what she did, we are good when we try, but our justice system often isn’t.
In a way this movie made me angry, they try to make you feel sorry for Aileen, a woman who killed people. Robbed them, and killed them.
what was the first? She was dozens of times raped, hundreds of times punched and banged to death or at first, she started to kill those scumbags????? and BTW, if you don't know, the first piece of shit she killed, was prisoned before for raping a woman.
So sad.
@eyestorm29 you're right. I'm looking for the link to download the song on the iTunes Store, but i can't find it. If you'll find, please let me know, and i will share it.
Don’t kill me for this comment but may she Rest In Peace
When I first saw this movie, I could have sworn I heard a reference to dont stop believing in this last track... Cant figure out where it was now. Was Iimagining things?
i just watched monster today...and I have to say...i was very moved by the film...what a tragic story...ik that aileen shouldnt have killed those 6 other men...but she killed that first man in self defense that scene was almost hard to watch...anyways...the woman was not born a monster she was made one...charlize is an acting genius and i was brought to tears many times by her work in this film
She changed her story all the time. She confessed just before her execution that he didn't rape her. Yes she had a terrible childhood but it doesn't give her the right to murder people
@imma83 support the artist... i understand bt music moves you... the least you can do is give the man some respect and let people buy his music if they like it.
Aileen and Selby never spoke again ...
Fadeless
😔
@DamnHeadHumpers i'm sending to anyone who wants it. Just ask.
Hi,I really want this song, maybe you can send it to me please? (:
Please put a link in the description like DamnHeadHumpers said. It would be much more convenient if you did. Plus, I want the link, please.
Why is everyone saying RIP Aileen over & over? She's not the victim, she's the KILLER! And Aileen herself admitted, after the film was made, that she made up the attack by the burtal man at the beginning to gain sympathy. She was well known as a chronic liar. I'm sorry she had a tough upbringing, I truly am, but that does NOT excuse her actions! She made her own choices.
Of course her upbringing doesn't excuse her actions but I think you have to consider the fact that she WAS mentally unstable and it was her upbringing and rough experiences that drove her to that point - to insanity. It's sad, really. I think she wanted to do good, however, her problem was the fact that she could not see that what she was doing was very wrong. She truly believed that killing those men was the "right" thing to do, that she was "saving" the lives of other women by doing what she did. When a person is unable to see the error in their wrong-doing (especially if it's murder), then that is a clear sign that they are not mentally stable. She was executed for her actions and many do not believe that it's right to execute a person who's mental disability prevent them from making sane decisions.
Killing a killer is wrong. Period. And anyone who judges her should do an exercise on his own conscience : imagine, if you can, to be brought up the way she was, would YOU still be an innocent citizen ? can you imagine been beat up, spat on and fucked everyday since you were breathing? I had...that is why I hold any judgement
Smirvodka4 you're joking right ? The movie came out after she was put to death. Do you know nothing?
What chance did she have? Her mother abandoned her. Her grandfather was a deranged. She was homeless from 15. Nobody took her aside and tried to help her or tried to put her on the right path. Her guardians beat her, raped her...
What would that do to someone? What would that do to someone’s mind? What would that drive someone to do? I’m glad I’ll never know.
You would only say that if you really believed people are just black and white and good or bad, but they aren’t. She was mentally ill and just as much of a victim - question what society imposes on us everyday.
Distorted music for a distorted mind!
@imma83 pm me and i'll give you my address. i put it on here earlier and then realized that everyone could see it. I hope it's deleted. thanks again! :D

"Love conquers all. Every cloud has a silver lining. Faith can move mountains. Love will always find a way. Everything happens for a reason. Where there is life, there is hope.
"...Oh, well. They gotta tell you something."
Truer words have never been spoken about life. RIP Aileen Wuornos
