take a piece of 2x4 use the band saw to cut a deep kerf in it place it over the blade by where it goes into the front guides it will stay there and wick off the coolant dropping it straight down in you pan
Oh nice, that's a great idea. I tried using a bristle brush (nylon and then steel with limited success) but I never considered using a piece of wood 🤦♂️ Thanks mate
Long time no see! Awesome DIY project. Reminds me a lot of my heated parts washer. I still need to edit and upload that, hahaha. Will def be doing similar when I get a band saw.
Yeah man, I haven't had much time between work and the baby to really edit anything. Thinking to just hire a company to edit the videos cause even doing the mods and filming is hard enough, adding 10-15 hours of me fumbling through editing is brutal
Yeah, I actually bottomed out the Genesis and cracked some stuff so the whole engine needs to come out now along with fabbing new exhaust piping to the turbo, plus some body work, new hood, etc. Now I just need the time to actually work on it haha
Loc-line also makes an inline valve that can adjust flow. McMaster sells them.

@@InitialDIYmods Definitely hear you on all that! Nice to see a new vid. Def wasn't criticizing of course.
What is the ammount of liquid that goes through the pump per minute?
Good to see back doing videos….any Genesis coupe videos in the future?
