Me and my family have been going there about every year since 1981 and I have had so many amazing memories. It’s a family tradition. There’s some people in my family no longer with us that enjoyed it too. There’s been many changes over the years but it will always be my second home for me. I miss this Put In Bay right here. I know it’s a bad thing that the colonial is burning but I miss how it used to be before it became so commercialized. Oh well that’s how investing and life is. ua-cam.com/video/jj7p0jw2sJU/v-deo.html we also remember Steve Urge as the mayor and he was a very well respected person!
It was $47 for the whole day and we got that from the golf cart rentals right across the street from where the ferry drops you off. We did see the ones that were more expensive at other locations and since we were going to be there for a while we decided to go with the full day instead of hourly.
@@ReRe6197 We got it from the island bike rental it is right across the street from where the ferry drops off. I would like to add that we also went during the week and it was not the busy season for the island so that could impact the price.
amazing video! that kevin guy gives off some bad vibes. he had his phone in his hand while he was driving so that seems unsafe. you definitely chose the best option of riding passenger so you could record!!! please post again soon!!!!
I had an identical trip Went on the ferry which was $50 and packed full with people Once we made it to the island we rented golf carts for $120 which were terrible and went half the speed of everyone elses drove to the main area but nothing was all that great. You either need to be in your mid 60's spending your time at the bar or 7 years old and riding the carousels. So we went to a biergarten with was $50 in total when it was made of cheap aldi meat and crappy buns with craft cheese dip. We went to Crystal cave afterwards. But it was around $45 so we then went to the "family boring center" with overpriced mini golf and a butterfly house which would have costed us $32. We then wanted to go on the rock wall but it was apparently "closed for the season" even though it was middle of august. So we went to perry"s memorial with an observatation deck that was "closed due to a shortage of staff" even though there were 8 staff members walking around on there phones. We then went to get overpriced ice cream. We went home since there was nothing left to do. So... We ended up spending around $280 which could have bought a ticket and fastpass to cedar point. Money wasted never going back
If you can’t find fun on this island you are not fun people. I have never had a bad time on the island. You can find a party 7 days a week

Certified Banger
It's all about the holiday weekend night life. That's why it's worth it. Also a great trip to take kids on if you go to the other islands
Good video!
as far as the fish, the water probably rose at some point and when it went back down they just didnt make it
Big rip for the fish
There actually is a lot to do. You have to ask around.
Good information 👍 thanks again
You really just wasted a trip there with poor planning.
Its hard to plan when everything is $10 a person
What was the name of the Ferry you took?
Miller Ferry, by the looks of it.
