2BHK affordable costing 33 lakh without parking is high price....investor has to spend money for car parking + registry cost + furnishing cost so total price would become around 42-44 lakh....then wait for 5 years to sell so if we include bank FD intrest on 33 lakh, then this 2 BHK will bexome around 50 lakh....better to invest 50 lakh in small town to buy 100 sq yard plot amd after 5 years, you can sell plot and purchase 2 affordable ready to move flats in gurugram
Non practical comment, 50 lac is not in bank balance but 33 lac can be arranged over a period of five year

But price of apartments in spr and golf course extension are 3.5 Cr+ So its seems good investment
