Perfectly accurate…we had the similar or lesser expenses (as I am talking about 2018 and we paid lesser rent) as new immigrants when we came to Canada ❤❤

Expense went up with Covid . Since I have been living in Boston for 50 years . But more opportunities in USA since lots of people died due to Covid and our president in 2020. Grocery definitely went up . Fuel prices stayed same. Living or rent definitely went up . Pay in USA went up too. Starbucks and dunkin pays $18-$20 per hour plus tips where I live. Lots of people also doing work from home . My brother got job work from home so he left to Houston . He is couple years younger then me 58. He did scrum course I don’t know . Lots of jobs over internet . ❤

Good luck and well managed MashAllah 👍🏻... I think two things you didnt mention were, renter's home insurance and car maintainance charges. Also I think expenses you make on annual basis I think you need to divide them on 12 and include them into your monthly break up like Amazon, Microsoft, Linkedin, etc...
Allah apke rizq e Halal mein afzaish paida kerey and bless you always 🙏🏼 ❤️

@@asharsanavlogscanada5211 Unit 2bedroom in melbourne $1200 to $1400 anywhere 30min from city. And mostly the units have no water bills you only pay for electricity and your grocerry don't even pay for grass. So maxx $2500 expense all together even if you're family of 4. If someone looking personal space like studio apartment in noble park for students $800 amonth just for students so depends. Sydney is around $3500 easily monthly expense like canada it is expensive there but earning is double then canada all over Australia so its your choice which city you wants to live and you don't have to compromise with the payrate its stay the same even down inthe bushes. Melbourne is better for living in a budget if you're new or adelaide only perth in Australia way more cheap for housing start from 500k 600k In sydney melb 1house perth you can buy 3houses or adelaide or brisbane 2. That is why Melbourne is most liveable city in the world from many many years.
