How to file Divorce ? Know Correct way to present Divorce in Court. Divorce petition is be filed in Family Court situated within the premises of The District Court. Both parties are call Petitioner and Respondent. Non-Collusion , non- condonation , and cause of action paras in the petition are mandatory as per law. Court fee and Jurisdiction of the court must be mentioned in the petition. Marriage Card , marriage photograph joint and ID proof of the petitioner are necessary to annex with the petition. One passport size photo of the petitioner should be pasted on the first page of the petition. A proper prayer should be made in the petition.
