Bombay road is not for housing, no resale value, never do investment in this area, A investors goes behind 2 districts boundaries….. people cannot commute such long distance, it’s better to on Srisailum road, 20-25 villa projects are coming, 12-26 SEZ are there on this road…. Near to axis to Airport and financial district……, All these humbug….. don’t fall into this trap

Beeramguda is the worst place to stay in . Highly polluted place because of bhel industries. Even the air you breath is dangerous. Most locals do not buy in this place .

Isnapur- Rudraram area has lot of pollution. Somewhere the speaker says the price has gone up from 4500 to 13,000 ( near Sadasivpet) . during the past 2 years , later he says don't buy above 10,000. Yes there is lot of hype , no development, marketing guys quoting 15000-20000 in many layouts , it will take atleast 10 years for the money to double.

If you don’t have any urgent need you should hold it for another 3-4 years. You can exit at 18-20K in 3-4 years is what I feel.

I can’t comment about recession but you can not claim tax exemption on home loan taken on plots. You should construct then start claiming
