      Indresham inol is good place for nvestment with in 4 years area will be pick
      Indresham already doing well
      Once we see 100 feet road in indresham then we can see good pick in inol and from lakdaram der is 100 feet road in master plan
      Lots of things to be happen according to master plan in inol then we see good picking of prices der and living too

    Bombay road is not for housing, no resale value, never do investment in this area, A investors goes behind 2 districts boundaries….. people cannot commute such long distance, it’s better to on Srisailum road, 20-25 villa projects are coming, 12-26 SEZ are there on this road…. Near to axis to Airport and financial district……,
    All these humbug….. don’t fall into this trap

    You have missed to share the right/max price we can put at Zaheerabad, just 300 mts away from Zaheerabad NIMZ connecting road and NH65 facing. We have finalized a deal for 12.5k per sq.yd at Zaheerabad highway facing venture with 50-60 families already living there. Is the price we finalized justified?

    Pashmaylaram , Isnapur, Patanchervu we keep hearing about pollution in these areas.
    There was news that Isnapur lake was polluted and even animals are dying due to this.
    Leave about the Price appreciation , can we live here in these highly polluted areas ??

      DPR for RRR is not available. From what we know based on discussion with some Govt Officers RRR near Sangareddy will be aligned before the Peddapur bridge (that is towards Sangareddy & not towards Nandikandi). Please wait for the DPR to be made public to know the exact alignment.

      I can’t comment about recession but you can not claim tax exemption on home loan taken on plots. You should construct then start claiming

    Beeramguda is the worst place to stay in . Highly polluted place because of bhel industries. Even the air you breath is dangerous. Most locals do not buy in this place .

      If you don’t have any urgent need you should hold it for another 3-4 years. You can exit at 18-20K in 3-4 years is what I feel.

    we have a plot just before rudraram called Doyens county, the landmark is the palace hotel, which is dtcp layout bought for 19,500. Would it be wise to sell it now for 25,000 and move towards sadasivpet?

      There are a few ventures which are in crisis and willing to sell at 13-14K per Sq Yard. You can consider them but please make sure that the Developer is in a position to actually finish the venture. That’s the risk.

    Isnapur- Rudraram area has lot of pollution. Somewhere the speaker says the price has gone up from 4500 to 13,000 ( near Sadasivpet) . during the past 2 years , later he says don't buy above 10,000. Yes there is lot of hype , no development, marketing guys quoting 15000-20000 in many layouts , it will take atleast 10 years for the money to double.

      I check ground water and air quality in rudraum and isnapur , Rudraum is 100% safe compare to isnapur.
