    My question is about the target ailment. How does oil free whole food plant based affect other parts of the body besides heart conditions? Didnt the Pritikin diet show harm to other parts of the body and therefore not so good overall?

    Hydroxytyrosol is the most powerful antioxidant easily assimilated by the human body.
    I take one teaspoon of of Olivie brand olive oil a day. It has 30x the amount of the hydroxytyrosol in comparison to conventional extra olive oil.
    I subscribe to a primary plant based meal plan.
    Let me point out that if you have a normal BMI , and don't have inflammatory markers for heart disease, higher LDL levels are virtually irrelevant.
    As a matter of fact, if you are in this category. You have a much lower mortality rate if your LDL is between 100-130 compared to below 100.
    LARGE HUMAN STUDIES HAVE BORN THIS OUT.

      Are saying it's better to take the oil, than the olives?
