the central piece is propelled forward by the elastic band that is being fired, it is propelled back when the elastic band is fired because it has another band permanently pulling the other way.
The trigger has basically a hole in it(not a part hole). I dont have peices but still know how he did that. Be trigger has a hole so when the D brick has rubberband then it will slide into the hole because it has pressure on it. And that's it. I made it as much simple as I can.

Would also need to shoot rubber bands for it to work wich is a hybrid bennit Lin made a few of those but his channel was hacked bur his secondary channel is still around

With the sistem of holding the rubbers you can do kevin P90 auto gun and auto fed magazine
Juat make the holding rubber sistem on the magazine and then make a sistem to do auto shooting and you got your gun

There is something i noticed, when you pull the trigger it just looks like semi auto
It, is called "tap fire", he pushed the trigger for a bit of timeand the gun shoots just 1 rubber band
