Daylilies are just amazing! They're so different from one to the other. They stand tall and are so vivid in their colors. You can't go wrong with these beauties!
I planted a daylily last summer. A rabbit or deer promptly ate it down to the ground. I figured it was done for. After being buried in over three feet of snow over the winter, the thing came up and it is now blooming! It's a little bit small and scrawny, but it survived!
Such gorgeous daylilies; makes me want more. Wait--I don't have room for the ones I've got! This has been a strange daylily year for me. Some that usually bloom profusely didn't bloom at all or put out one or two blooms. And I have some reblooming that have never rebloomed and are not considered to be reblooming daylilies. I learned from this video that water makes the difference, and we have certainly had that this summer. Is this daylily farm open to the public?

Love daylilies. They are easy, colorful, tough and a wide variety is available.
