As good as Gloucester were on attack in their semi, their defence was amazing. If they match that form in the final they are going to be very hard to beat. Plus they have the scrum-half with the fastest pass in the west!

Something that has stuck with me since the World Cup is Abbie Ward's face at the end of the final, she will be bringing a lot of determination. Both teams have some of my favourite players so it will be both a difficult and thrilling watch, I'm sure.

I was a fan of the men's game - back when they played like the women do. The men got dull and the women got more exciting
