- I thought it might be useful to show how much these jobs genereate in revenue. As you can see, each job varies in factors. But this gives you an idea of 4 of our typical jobs.

Not yet. When there's rain in the forecast or when client requests, we will gutter them.
Thanks for sharing the numbers. I seem to be more expensive on the chairs ($3) & 6ft tables ($15) but cheaper on the 20x20's ($330). Great to see you're still getting some solid work.
I could probably move chairs up a bit. 15 is a boss rate for tables! 🙌
May I ask are you guys charging per concrete block used on each tent? if so how much? I would assume so because it is very labor intensive
Yes, we charge $70 a block and looks like we did 20k in just block revenue

I found them from another rental company in my state. Check event rental classifieds group on fb.
Very nice video. Always keep in mind 10 lb for 1 st ft of vinyl. At a minimum. So your first 20x20 should have 4000#. Just so you know.

Yes and it will definitely happen eventually. About $7k to justify it. We are getting another truck too.

We usually do on all the corners. When wind is not in the forecast and it's only up a short time we'll do 1. How about you?

I thought, that for event rental equipment u don't have to charge tax?
You don't have to PAY sales tax when you buy it, but you do charge it on rentals. We have to charge whatever the rate is in the city we deliver to, not where our office is.

So 20x20 you charged $700 and 20x30 $600? And than you charged $400 for 20x20?
The first one was higher because it was a longer dutation rental.

Great video! Where did you get your tents and what size stakes are you using?
These ones are from tent and table. I've also used Celina but I find the t&t more robust. Stakes from advantage tent fittings 40" double head
