  • After attending Kilmarnock Sheriff Court for the sentencing of Nala and to once more witness the total disregard for Law by Sheriff Watson and see the corruption within the UK Legal System, some sovereigns head to a local pub to prepare paper work. They were followed by undercover police who take the opportunity to detain several sovereigns for refusal to provide details. Yes this really is Scotland 2014, your rights are being withdrawn and if you stand against the corruption then you will be targeted!!

I'm originally from Kilmarnock and felt embarrassed and sad at this. However, I am always cheered up when some thickie claims to "know the law". I'ts like the pub lawyer. Why would you take legal advice from someone who sits in the pub all day? Every pub in Britain has one.

Same old same old deliberate confrontation by the police .unless they actually suspected him off a crime they would have done better to leave him alone .

unlawful but legal with the mans consent. consent was givin when the man failed to remain silent after arrest, all these issues that iss raised to the police should find their proper place which is in the court at first appearance.

If the police didn't have any reason to detain, with the amount of people there, it would have been lawful to arrest the police. They call them the police force, why cant it be the people force......You should lay information at the crown armed with this footage and demand a judicial review. If they really detained someone just due to refusal to give details.....that is disgusting and unlawful.

It gets worse, the man you see being detained for refusing to give his details, which he is perfectly within his rights to do, was brought before Kilmarnock Kangaroo Court today 24th April 2014 before another corrupt sheriff, they do seem to have their fair share at Kilmarnock, and was remanded till 23rd May 2014 for refusing to give his finger prints whilst unlawfully held by Scotland Polebs. Yes people of Scotland this is really happening in your Country today in the year 2014 not 1941. This pretend vote for independence that is being used as a smoke screen to take away your rights that only you have within the United Kingdom is in full flight. Wake up people of Scotland and boycott the vote. If you vote yes or no you will lose your rights that go back hundreds of years. That is why you only have a yes or no vote, they both mean the same.

What was all this all about?

It is in the description. It was intimidation against those who had attended the court. At the time the courts and police were getting very concerned at the numbers attending to keep account of the actions of the courts. They started targeting those who attended. Sadly over the years a few members have since passed away, some were jailed for absolute nonsense, blatant corruption by the courts, and the group slowly drifted apart. People would get in touch for help then drift away once their issues were sorted. A big problem for all who fight the corruption and abuse in the whole of the UK legal system. Great times and memories and well worth the fight.

Listen if you're gonna do a video do it right! !!!! I totally agree with the principle of the video but when you have a deranged mad women filming this the wrong way round and shouting her mouth off babbling bullshit especially the part she's shouting "your just copying your colleague" or something like that then seconds later repeats what someone else shouts!!!!! Lol.
Then she shouts to the police your here "to serve and provide" lol I rest my case!

Your argument is immediately invalid due to incorrect video orientation. That is all.
