    Great video. Thanks for the detailed step-by-step guide. I was able to order a new screen and frame and everything is working as it did before. Just a warning to be careful with the battery. It will be hot from the heat gun or heat pad and is more susceptible to combustion.

    Thank you so much for this tutorial. One question I have is what adhesive would you use for reattaching the back cover of the phone? I'm about to repair the screen/frame on my A51 and I'd like to have the option to reapply the rear adhesive if need be. Thanks :)

      9:30 - i make mention regarding the back
      but you can use some double sided red tape, most double sided tape should be fine.
      or some B7000 frame ahesive

    can anyone confirm that there are two types of screen one with finger print and one without, I need to change my screen but it seems there are two types all seem to be none finger print complient. Or is it that you cant get it to work due to some king of in built securty preventing it working once the things been changed?

    Thank you for the video, but I want to ask; which screen would you advise to get, is it with frame or without?

      With frame, makes the job easier and screen fit better

    Did you put new adhesive on the back?

      @rickstechrepairs  2 роки тому

      most the time i can get the back cover off without damaging it, so i tend to reheat and reuse it

      @@rickstechrepairs another question, on my phone the black rim in-between the screen and silver band is also damaged, would that raise the price or would that already be apart of the job?
