I met you at the Sportsman show. You spent your valuable time with me and I appreciated it. You are not only a great guide and fisherman, you are just a very nice guy. A true quality person!
Like there will be 75 boats in the hole and somebody hooks up and everybody in your boat looking at you like "Why wasn't it me?".Random re-enforcement???
I’ve never been into combat fishing regardless of how many fish are being caught. I get outside to get away from people and couldn’t enjoy something like this at all.
@@VIPOutdoors1 I really don't give a fuck anymore but back when the Umatilla got it's first returns back I was all by myself for about 4 years. They have the Walla Walla cranked up now too but I think the river is closed up there this year. The Walla Walla Spring Chinook Hatchery Program is a collaborative effort to restore the spring Chinook salmon population in the Walla Walla River basin. The program was completed in 2022 and is dedicated to developing a locally adapted broodstock and producing up to 500,000 spring Chinook smolts for release. The hatchery is located on the South Fork Walla Walla River, about 9 miles east of Milton-Freewater, Oregon." It has all gotten nuts now!The Indians never historically caught any spring Chinook anywhere on the Columbia and everybody lies but they are sitting at the bottom of all the fish ladders loading totes now since Obama. They are catching more with rod and reel now than with gillnets.
How do you even fish in those conditions… not one boat going backwards??? Try the Rogue with all the inconsiderate boats that think they need to go backwards to catch fish
It’s not too awful bad in there. It can be if you have drunk knuckleheads not paying attention or people undercutting the route. When you fish it. Get in line. Get into the rhythm. But he is right in the intro when he said. Seeing it gives you a bit of hope.
Agreed. If you can be patient and just stay in rhythm, it’s all good. Just keep in mind that people don’t alway cut you off on purpose. So have a little grace.
A guy like me busts his ass all week then has to get up at 2am to find a parking spot because all the fish bum tax evading guides are trying to catch a loaf of free government cheese.
I appreciate you being a hard working, tax paying American but I hope you’re not throwing all guides into the same category. Most of us run a legitimate business that requires the same if not more hours than some people’s 9-5. Please keep it positive on my channel.

Don’t blame you.

Nice fish guys!! It's been too long since I've seen or fished with either of you, I'd love to get out there with you both soon.
agreed
Tooooom, what are you doing???? Pro left his rod in the holder and banged 2!!!
I don’t like fishing enough to fish around that many boats.
My best day ever on Drano only 3 boats.
Only having 3 boats on that lake is a good day.
@@VIPOutdoors1 I used to have other spots that were double digits and no boats.

@@VIPOutdoors1 The Indians main food fish in the spring we're suckers.
@@VIPOutdoors1 There are places up here these Indians fish 10 rods off the bank.
How the heck / not get tangled fishing that close in boats lines out ?
Witnessed plenty of them.
If you were fishing two rods at Wind River it's illegal now (Drano too) until May...Just so your aware...
Thanks for the input. I highly suggest, that all anglers check with the local Fish and Wildlife department to confirm regulations before your trip.
Nice
Thanks
You forgot to mention to bring the ar and plenty of ammunition just in case. People has the tendency to get angry for the slightest reason
It’s not that bad among the boater but there is some friction between boaters and bank fisherman. Without a doubt.
