  • Ingredients
    10 Egg yolk
    2 can condensed Milk (14 oz)
    1 cup evaporated milk
    1 cup granulated Sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla Extract (optional)
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    Directions:
    1. Separate the yolk from the egg whites
    2. Place the egg yolks in a big bowl then lightly beat them using an egg beater
    3. Add the condensed milk and mix thoroughly
    4. Pour-in the evaporated milk , vanilla and lemon juice. Mix well
    5. Pour the mixture into each mold with a strainer. Tap the mold several times on a flat surface to get
    rid of bubbles. Cover with aluminum foil. Do not over fill the Llanera.
    6. Place the filled Llanera or mold in the steamer on medium heat for about 30 minutes or until an
    inserted toothpick comes out clean.
    7. Let them cool down and then chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
