Mount Fuji Japanese Rice cake

Made a Mount Fuji Japanese Rice cake for my sister’s birthday. I made 4 versions.
First was a tryout for my family using cream stew. 2nd was a single serving for my son. 3rd was the actual cake for my sister who didn’t want the cream sauce. So I made a special white sauce for her with no cream, using Japanese mountain yam Nagaimo.
4th was to finish all the ingredients I bought 😅
