Zyko is honestly one of the most complete battlers today I feel. Yea, we see him do the same moves if you look at them in a vacuum but he remixes how they start, how he exits, he builds on them, adjusts the timing and position, or even throws them away to build on something new. He constantly surprises me with how much you can do with tutting, coreo, and with his creativity. I feel like every time I see him in a round, he has something new. And I feel like he did a great job at bringing Dykens in under his wing, so to speak. He didn't stifle the type of ground work and the sort of athleticism Dykens likes to do but clearly imparted some of his own techniques in and really found a powerful duo with him.

Foundation or not zykos set pieces are honestly genius and are superior to really anyone, even the second best guy (kefton,joker). To dig at his foundation and his struggles with old school rap is fair but I feel he gets judged more harshly then the alternative dancers who have great foundation and cool looking beat kills but nothing creative or technically impressive. For my money people shun him because he actually creates things nobody else can so all they can do is say "bad foundation" while missing other aspects of his dance that are damn near perfect.
I agree with everything except the “Dykens under his wing comment” you do know Dykens won battle bad, and is very self dependent. Dykens and Zyko ain’t under anyones wing. They are the two wings of the bird Sarcellite.
@@angled8955 If you go back and watch older Dykens battles and compare them across the years, you can see a great deal of Zyko's influence building through it. I don't mean 'take under the wing' as in he is carrying him but as he has mentored and has a great deal of influence on Dykens style.

The dude talking foul is Djylo, what I can translate is this : "Yeah yeah yeah, this one's for you foul" to Kaydee at the 32:25 mark / for the last part, I could roughly tell you he's saying "Look at me man, look at me" That's all in good fun

Dude is crazy dope unfortunately I haven’t seen much of his battles he mostly just judges now from what I’ve seen. Honestly I did feel it dragged too. Energy kinda died after technical difficulties highkey. Also the solo battles were same day before this team battle. Another individual from sarc toke the solo event. Forgot his name but he battled Miguel in the finals. He’s also in beyond your moves the event you first saw Miguel in.
