I hope you did a good job I'm ordering one now and will put it to work using it but not abusing it. I just moved into a house with wood heat and am cutting lots of fire wood.
The aluminum tig on mine was perfect. I’m a welder and I can appreciate the skill, although probably on a positioner, right? Also, why only skip welded? The tip part is welded all the way around but the other part of the peavey is skip welded around the pipe…
I was just thinking about you guys... and BAM! New vid from SM! I sure hope you are both doing well and hanging strong in all this BS. The peavey looks like a killer tool and will serve you well! Cheers J&J!
I appreciate you thinking of us brother. We have been well. I hope the same for you. It is a outstanding tool. I got another project coming up we’re I can put a bigger test on it.
Very cool tool. My wife just bought me the 60” cant hook version with log stand attachment on it. Just silly not to go with the 60” for 15 extra dollars over the 41” in my opinion.
Thanks for letting us know about the PPE in your truck and the reminder to “ STAY SAFE WITH ANY CHAIN SAW OUT THERE I didn't see you wearing PPE; do you not want to get blood all over your PPE IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT? Thanks for demonstrating the Log Pevey
Short pants i bet your boots are full of sawdust. If you can jack that crooked log then i bet anything that fits in the jaw wold work, thanks for the demo I am sold
Logrite makes them tools for stihl. Might might be saving money If go straight to logrite. No hateing Stihl they picked a good company make there tools.

Nothing Aggravates me more than getting wood chips in your boots.
I was thinking that too last night... forgot to bring my gators when sawing yesterday!
Now that’s going to save your back brother! Awesome tool!
It is a excellent tool. And a good back saver.

Next video will be on sharpening your chain.

Well that's pretty neat👍🍻
It really worked out well.
Very nice.
Does it actuallu measure out ro 60" in length, when checked w/a tape measire, from handle end, to pointed end, at tip?
What if it doesn’t?

Make it easy, safe, and saves the chain.
Yes sir

Hello I’m sure I really like your video review of the tool. I just bought the same set up. But please wear your PPE watching this made me nervous.
You can always watch a different video if it makes you nervous.

Spell much?
Woodchuck has a better design and all parts are included 😊
Lost me a chain saw blade
OBSERVATION: PPE still in truck.
my lord that saws blunt
Holding the saw wrong, chain is way dull & way too tight, chain stops instantly when you let off the gas & you can hear it whining.
4:21. When he actually uses it.
You must like wood chips in your boots, shorts really! The chain on your saw is way too tight can hear it whining.
I work with people with eye trauma. Please wear eye protection when sawing. I dont want to see you at my job.
Sharpen your saw
nice safety shorts, shoes and eye protection while cutting with a chain that needs to be sharpened lmao
🤪
no eye, ear ,hand or leg protection .. a very bad example . go to an ER room and see what chainsaws with no protection can do ..
I would at least stand clear of the chain path just in case if you were not to wear chaps.
You don’t talk of what you have used, but what you think. NO ONE CARES you got something new….
Dude you hold the chainsaw like a ass if it kicks back the chain break won't engage
