What is the difference between the Sirennet PAR 45 and the Whelen PAR 45? I noticed on your website they look identical, even the Sirennet one has "Whelen" on the lens. Are they the same product or are there small variances?
Hi, I have saw you have p46 bulb in this video, and what is differences between P46 SLC and the bulb in this video(probably p46FL). ( all comparison in white light only) It marks Model - PAR-46, 12 VDC, Replacement, 2° Spotlight in description, and what 2° indicates for? Which one is brighter and more expensive? Thanks!!
The PAR46FLC insert will provide you with an 8 degree beam pattern where the P46SLC will be a 2 degree beam pattern. For example, the 8 degree will light up the full rear circumference of a vehicle in front if it. The 2 degree would out line the rear window/hatch area only. We offer both of these at the same price.

I have a question I have a spotlight on my car but not sure why but when I'm driving on the highway the spotlight will shoot backwards it won't stay in a steady spot could something be loose? What do I need to tight up??
+win toto yes, the flathead screw on the bracket thats attached to the door or pillar needs to be tightened. not too much though or it will be difficult to manipulate with the handle.
I've noticed the Whelen Bulb has a strobe feature, does this model also flash. I'm seeking a bulb with an amber & white flash feature none LE. Can you supply such a bulb?
The only models that Whelen offers with built-in warning contain either Blue or Red. They've yet to produce one that's Amber flashing or an Amber & White DUO.
@@SIRENNET: Thank you, if you are ever surveyed by Whelen, would you bring up the issue. I know i'm not alone, many others could use this Amber/White bulb in the service community. Thank You.
I was wondering the same thing but came to the conclusion that you might not be able to get a screw driver back there without extending the wire leads.
That's not good to hear. So we can get more details, please email our Sales department at- info@sirennet.com and please include your order number. They can also be reached at (888) 959-0911.
You'll want to connect the power wire to one of the inputs on your siren/lighting controller. You can then leave the switch on the spot light in the on position so that your console mounted controller turns it on and off.

With house brand them and carry large quantities on hand so we can offer them at a better Sirennet part numbered price.

I just purchased a 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility with the light setup removed. Is there a kit to close it all up properly? Thanks!
We hate to say it; surprisingly there isn't a close off panel kit made by either Ford or Unity for cleaning up the a-pillars.

On the led light, there is a black screw and bronze copper screw, which one of the screws is the hot wire?
Black is Ground and bare/copper screw is for +12volts.

Where is that slip on piece that you need? I cant find it on your website
Hi Cameron. Please send us an email addressed to attention Chris at: info@sirennet.com We'll get a set out to you. Thanks for watching :)
What size screwdriver or Allen wrench do you need for the screw
The big one and a little one, If not use a hammer.
Why not just cut both factory wires and crimp a ring terminal on them then run the screw on the LED housing through that?

Is this bulb only for a specific model unity spotlight?
So long as the housings a 6" diameter, our SNSL3 should fit without any trouble.

How do I connect a crown Victoria spotlight to a center console controller?
You'll want to connect the power wire to one of the inputs on your siren/lighting controller. You can then leave the switch on the spot light in the on position so that your console mounted controller turns it on and off.
SIRENNET I have a crown Victoria. Do I just cut the wire?
Is your spot light hardwired to the battery currently?
SIRENNET I believe so. It came with the spotlights. So I'm not sure if it's connected to the fuse box or battery.
How many extra wires are connected to your positive terminal?
