yes, differ PRP has more platelets more plasma, while platelet concentrate has more platelets and less plasma.

Rbcs in has multiple advantage in body like keep circulating state, no waste accumulations , unlimited glucose for survival..etc. while in fridge , they are in arficial anticoagulant and preservative plus non Circulating state leads to accumulation of wastes. depleted atp and lactate accumulation.storage lesions forms due to lack of glucose. etc plus in cold temperatures they are more prone to brakedown after a certain time.
so body is ideal environment so ..survival is 120 day.

Sdp and rdp me confusion ho rha hai
SDP means single donor platelets...sourced from a donor by apheresis and directly transfused to patient. rdp is random donor platelets.. mean a donor give whole blood then platelet is prepared during component preparation.
