Thank you. 29 Years old about to take my N for the 2nd time. Crippling anxiety my whole life, I have finally worked on myself enough to try again. Thanks for the video.
Hey bro, I am an immigrant driving for 14 years before I came to BC and I watch all of you videos maybe five times each before I did my road test and I passed. Thanks man, I'll recommend your page to anyone I know.
That location is the worst to take the driving test, the instructors there are the worst since you arrive, they already intimidate you, they look at you like a little thing, they are rude, it's the worst.
my test is in 2 days and it’s in Surrey. I’ve practiced parallel parking, reverse, forward, pulling over, hill parks, school zones, Main Streets too. I’ve also practiced scanning, changing lanes and turns, but my question is what is the steering method. My cousin and aunty to me that hand over hand isn’t allowed but only Push and Pull
Because it was a WARNING only⚠️. Yellow signs are warnings. There is no posted speed of 30km/hr. As per rule, you've to follow posted speed. If it's a warning only, then speed is 50km/hr in that zone. Also, all elementary schools have 30km/hr signs, BUT few secondary schools have no 30km/hr signs, bcoz high school kids are big enough to look around.
Rules: - On advance Green Arrow Light : Left turning vehicles have right-of-way - On Solid Green Light : Straight going traffic have right-of-way. Left turning vehicles should wait for safe gap.
I have one quick question. I am noticing that in the school or playground zone, you are reducing the speed to less than 30 when yiou see the school sign. But when it comes to resuming the speed back, then you are relying on the sign which is on the opposite side of road and not even facing me. So am I supposed to memorise the sign/location ? Certainly I dont want to look on my left shoulder to read that sign posted for the incoming traffic, while I am driving the opposite way. I am very confused in this pattern and it is there in every video. Somebody please guide me. Thanks
START: Enter in school zone below 30km/hr, Look far ahead school zone start sign on the right side of the road. END: A school zone ends after you pass by the sign on the left side of the road. School sign for oncoming traffic is your 30zone end sign.
Sadly, I have passed the driving test in some of the world's developed countries and have many years of driving experience. I have never had an accident or any kind of problem. However, I have never seen such bad testers as those at the Surrey, British Columbia road test centers. they are very rude. They make the examinee nervous at the beginning of the test. that's why anyone fails because of fear. They fail for little reasons. They fail without reason. They should be prosecuted. I had the worst experience of my life by taking exams in these centers
Keep eye on speedometer, don't go over 60 in 60zones. If traffic is going slow, follow the speed of traffic. Go with the flow of traffic, focus on following distance. If there is no traffic in 60zone, then drive close to 60, over 60 is not acceptable(speeding is not acceptable in roadtest). Good Luck 👍
Langley and surrey is the same, surrey is better to focus on for during rush hour, Burnaby Vancouver and especially Abbotsford is completely different for lights signs etc.
No, there wasn't a 30km/hr regulatory Sign. There was just a yellow warning on School, to tell us to be cautious. Remember, within cities speed limit is 50km/hr unless posted. If speed limit is not posted with warning, don't assume it. It's a fail, if you will slow down the traffic behind you for no reason. Always follow posted speeds. I hope it helps. Good Luck 😊

@vamsi Chennabathni Yes, it's considered as a DANGEROUS ACTION in roadtest, which leads to fail. It's not a VIOLATION. In roadtest, violations & dangerous actions means fail. You can see i was waiting patiently to turn right, i let those cars(hazards) go first and moved safely.
Interesting question: What i have seen during road-tests that few student are very confident, few are scared of roads, few don't like to drive at all just doing bcoz job or kids are suffering, few have very low learning potential, few learn way to fast as they've very attentive mind, few student drivers have good observation and few are bad in hazard perception. I personally feel everyone is so different, not everyone need to see the possible routes. People who don't have road anxiety and love driving they can just flow with any traffic anywhere. But, few people need extra help in life.

Idk about your experiences but I made this route my bitch

I actually agree, I took a test there.
Yes I agree. What do you expect. They are all rude East Indians.

The main thing is keeping both hands on the wheel at all times except when reversing. Avoid twisting hand overhand also.
Why didnt you reduce your speed from 50km/he to 30 km/hr when you were entering school zone in 84 avenue? 14:25 in video
Because it was a WARNING only⚠️. Yellow signs are warnings.

When 16:42 have 4 lights the order is left turn, Is that turn needs to wait for left turn light or only the green cycle light ?
Rules:
- On advance Green Arrow Light : Left turning vehicles have right-of-way
- On Solid Green Light : Straight going traffic have right-of-way. Left turning vehicles should wait for safe gap.

@@vancouverdrivingstuff Thank you so much. Your suggestion really helped me.
What's a pedestrian and can I hit it?
You must hit a pedestrian to pass exam
Pedestrians are people walking on crosswalk and sidewalk. Good Luck
Is 78 surrey icbc take out on highway ?????
Yes, to Class 5 students only

Any tips to determine speed 60?

Not only SIGNAL.
Before Merge: Mirrors Check, Signal & Shoulder check, then merge.
You have to signal, yes

I did 💙
At 14:26 you missed a schoolzone sign, speed limit wasn't reduced
missed another at 15:12
Also why did the other cars at 25:16 take right from that side of the road? is this wrong?
