Wonderful coverage of a beloved area of Queens. That historic district was one of our nation's earliest built planned garden style urban communities.
I rented a room on 46 street in the 80's, used to take the 7 train to work in the city.

@@MannyExploresVlog idk what I want to see this third time I visit nyc any suggestions I did all the main tourist attractions I want to venture out in Staten Island and the Bronx and some parts of queens and Brooklyn Brooklyn has some many neighborhoods

Dude, I grew up in Sunnyside, and moved to New Jersey when I was 12 years old. I haven’t been back in 20 years. This brought back some memories. If you end up going back, can you please try and capture PS 150 (the elementary school)? Great video man!!

I'm really considering moving my family here, i read Sunnyside is one of the top neighborhood for family friendly and great schools
It is a really good neighborhood, im kind of considering it too, close to the city, but has a semi suburb feel.

A really nice neighborhood
The jazz musician Bix Beiderbeck died in the building on 46st just off Queens Blvd in 1931. There is a small plaque mounted just by the front door.
I lived in Sunnyside for five years and it's the best place I've ever lived.
I lived in Sunnyside from 1971-1976. It was and still is a wonderful neighborhood. I noticed the absence of trash on streets and lack of graffiti. It was a quick ride to mid-town on the Flushing line. My wife and I lived at 43-23 41st Street, Fourth floor,. rear apartment and paid $135/month.
