Very nice video and nice to see one of my favorite "classics" getting new eyes on it. This game and the expansions will never leave my collection.
I'd personally never played with Matsuri before. The expansions definitely add to the game significantly.

I've not played it with ALL the expansions, but we plan on remedying that today. We're recording a Round One for the game this afternoon, and I think we'll play with everything.
I think Crossroads is a necessary expansion if only because it allows panorama spaces to be useful later in the game if one has already completed a landscape.
Agreed. The Cherry Tree cards are a solid addition for sure.

Update: I asked Funforge, and they said that reprints are ongoing for Tokaido. If it's in short supply for you at the moment, it should be back in stock within the next 2 months.
