    I thought quiet hiring is where a company gives you more responsibility, aka more work without giving people a raise. Or even asking people if they want to have more duties. Which can lead to burnout. So basically they lay off people but they still needs those roles. Then they just add on the work from those people laid off to people still there. So basically a person is doing 2 positions.
